Overview

The value of alerts lies in delivering the right information, to the right providers, at the right time to support relevant follow-up care. But too many alerts dull responses and cause fatigue.

That was the problem Hixny set out to solve. Some 775 of our participants embraced our solution, and we’ve delivered more than 7 million alerts per year in recent years. Since the SHIN-NY asked us to expand availability statewide in 2025, dozens of additional organizations have subscribed, too.
