Can I get access to all of the SHIN-NY data through Hixny?
Yes and no.
If you’re working for a clinical provider (public or private) that collects patient consent for SHIN-NY use, you can see the SHIN-NY data for all of the patients who have given your employer consent.
If you’re working for an organization that supports healthcare for individual patients, like a community organization or health insurer, and your employer has signed a data use agreement with Hixny, you can see the SHIN-NY data for all patients on your employer’s active roster.
If you’re working for an organization that does not directly engage in providing or supporting healthcare for individual patients, you can see de-identified (aggregated, or bulk) trend data for certain conditions and actions in your geography—whether that’s a ZIP code, city, county, or the state.
